Verdelhos White
Our great new Verdelhos has taken inspiration from the Tokyo Olympic games back in 1964. As the famous capital re-hosts this event, we have styled a vintage trainer reminiscent of the 1960s. A slim profile lightweight EVA sole is reinforced with a rubber toe guard. To keep the soft flexibility in the tumbled calf leather upper, we have included a half leather lining, covering all but the top quarter panels. Twin stitch rows along the back counter, quarter stitch and iconic toe reinforcement add to the vintage feel. A deep cushioned leather insock and padded lined tongue are admittedly more than the original would offer, but there’s no need to compromise on modern day comfort is there.
